At Pro Star Netball, we believe that success is measured by more than just goals scored.  As the 2nd  longest-running netball academy in Cape Town, with decades of combined coaching experience, we are committed to developing well-rounded, confident young girls — on and off the court.

Our programmes go beyond drills and matches.  We equip players with essential netball skills while also building character, teamwork, leadership, and resilience.  Every session is designed to help your daughter grow not only as a netball player but as a person — socially, emotionally, and physically.

From mastering ball skills and goal shooting to learning focus, sportsmanship, and communication, our approach ensures that each girl leaves stronger, more confident, and ready to shine in every area of her life.

Training takes place year-round at the fully equipped Indoor Sports Arena in Montague Gardens, featuring professional courts, changing facilities, and all the gear needed to support player development.
